Now the nervous wait for the visa and hope it arrives without damage to the packet as to save our wedding date I need to fly next week. 

Can’t book anything or cancel anything til visa in hand safe but soooo excited!!

Not to be a Debby downer, but the fish and chips in the US is far inferior.  Though, maybe the south does that right.  I live in upstate NY and cannot find fish and chips unless it’s a Friday, and it’s not the same from a pizzeria.  Every time I go home, that’s what I want.
