there is nothing you can really do

the USC can call or send letter of inquiry but it takes months (and sometimes more than a year)  to review the NOIR

i am not sure what similar answers they refer to as different as they don't interview and ask the USC any questions

Not sure how you answered the NOIR but a NOIR requires not only a response but evidence that what they say is not true

How do you prove there is no age difference?   i do know how this should have been answered so message me personally

It was not brought up as an issue for us but i did respond to it

and to say the truth the best thing you can do at this point is reapply (only my opinion) but it is what works  for Casa embassy

Do you have a Lawyer?

I think it really depends on a lot of factors.   How complex the reasons in the letter are,  the case load of the agent working on your case, and  how your evidence was compiled.

It took less than two weeks for them to reaffirm our case.   Our case was  very straightforward and the items in the letter were easy to overcome on my own ( I did not use an attorney to compile but did have them give me input on my compiled package) I compiled the evidence in order to the letter, highlighted, tabbed and made it super easy to navigate.

The only thing you can do is ask to talk to a tier 2 officer and see if they can give you any more details about the status of your case.   Other than that it is just a waiting game.
