My fiance's middle name is Ramna let us assume. But in her passport they by mistake made it as Ramana. An extra a in the middle name.

This is the father's name.  When I applied for HER K1 visa I put it correctly as Ramna. Unfortunately the finger printing went by the the actual spelling in the passport. So when she got her Police Clearance and other Affidavits she had to get it as how it was in her passport.

Her name is Sheila Ramna Moses let us say and her passport says Sheila Ramana Moses. Such a silly mistake by the passport authorities. We could have corrected it but we thought since I submitted her passport with the number details during the time of filing for K1, I thought it will become a problem so I told her to leave it as it is. But during finger printing theybtolf her tgatbshe had to fill a new D160 form and they corrected it there. We donr know how it will go with the US consulate. She is yet to ho for her interview.

Now when we file.Adjustment of staus her original.application needs to be submitted which I filed along with all this. Will there be a problem and how to overcome this. What will happen at the interview.

Thank you for your early response. My only mistake was that since i added her passport derails at the time of applying for K1 I thought it is better. Ot to go and get ot corrected now. It is just one letter they added in the middle name. Please advice
