Hi,

 My NOA 1 for AOS was in sept 29th 2006. Biometrics oct 31th 2006. Then nothing, no touch, update etc until transfer to CSC March 28th 2007. Case touched May 5th = pending at CSC. Called USCIS last week, can't remember the day but around 14th-15th of may and the woman told me that CSC is now working my case after just receiving my biometrics from Baltimore a few days earlier. Is this good news or means nothing at all for my case/approval?

I'd love to see an approval before aug, so I can go overseas with husband, and to avoid an interview in the middle of our vaccation. Anyone has a take on this? Yes, I have applied for AP but not received it yet. I guess we just want to avoid buying expensive tickets overseas and having to cancel/rebook our trip (children, school dates and ex-partners own vaccation plans involved to make it more comlicated) due to an interview for us in aug. But, yeah I know - there's no way of knowing this - I just want someone's input who knows alot more about this than me and husband, and I know there's alot of you out there (who knows a great amount of this process). Alright, appreciate it tons! Thanks! / Lady Z.
