My wife came here on a K3 and I am filling out the I-485. I have a question for anyone who might know. On part 2 Application type , I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident because: What box should I check????

Sept/28/04 approved for wife

nov/4/04 NOA1 for stepson

Dec/04/04 RFE

Dec/27/04 VT rcvrs RFE

Feb/27/05 filed a inquiry

Mar/20/05 Rcvred inquiry telling me hahahaha

now on hold!!!

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Or, if your I-130 is not yet approved, include the Receipt Notice. (This does not change the answer that you check on the form.)
