I know that he exist, because his name is listed on the dominican consulate webpage Mr: William Bent, but come on he dosen't have time for this and without getting anything in return.

I dunno, you'd think that one of the aspects of his job would be to listen to people's opinions on the process.

As people have said, this isn't really the proper place to air your grievances. Being nasty to someone else on a public forum clearly hasn't given you the answer to your original question, either.

Just my 2c. *shrug*
