Congratulations!! The home stretch is there.

Remember pro tips. Don't double up on documents when you scan them. Be safe and scan 1 document per pdf. Make sure they are vertical don't scan the BIO page of your passport sideways. If you gotta turn your head they are going to reject it. and make sure they are under 2MB.

Thank you ☺️. Yes, Calling them is the only way to know when they received your case (I waited 45 mins to get a rep...very busy line).

So NVC received our case on 9/18 and each time I call, we still have no case number. As of this morning, they said they are still working on cases received on 9-16. Am I missing something?

I noticed that some cases have submitted DS-261 and paid  AOS bill (even with an older NVC received date).

Is there something I am missing or not doing? Please advise.

Finally got our case number... I guess they could sense my aggravation across the miles, lol! Approved 8/23, sent to NVC 9/11, case number received and fees paid 10/16. Baby steps!

After this 1 week of wait, I finally submitted my case on the CEAC. Waiting for DQ now and hoping not to have to do any resubmission. Based on the NVC site, they are currently reviewing cases submitted on September 3rd. Let’s be patient.
