We already submitted our I-129f around 2 and a half weeks ago, waiting for the next couple weeks to see what happens 🤞🏻 I would say go ahead and try it but only if you would be okay with the (super super) small chance of receiving a K3. Though it’s very unlikely to receive a K3 since they are converting so many of them to CR1 instead (which is the hope for the loophole of course) and phasing out K3, but still have to hope for the best and expect the worst so if you do file it you just have to be ready for that risk even though it’s so minuscule. I went and filed it anyways because, when we filed in February, Nebraska was 7-10 months. Now it’s 11.5-15 just in this last 6 months and I don’t want to wait around to see if it get any worse the next 6 months

Hi everybody,

my I-130 just got approved also. I tried the K3 visa to speed up the process and it worked.

I-130 package sent : 02/16/2019

NOA1: 02/22/2019

I 129f sent: 07/06/2029

NOA2: 08/19/2019

My I-130 has still not been approved yet and it has past the normal processing time for NBC. We have submitted a request for a case outside normal processing time and my husband has sent  the K-3 form yesterday. So we hope something works out soon for us.

Seems like almost half of the 2/2019 Nebraska filers have been approved so far (here on Visajourney)

Yes but if you filter just Nebraska. It's almost half way. I mean it's Nebraska. The hell service center of mismanagement.

Hey all! 

 

Just found out that our case was approved on Aug 21.

 

We were at TSC and didn’t file a K3. 

 

So excited! This means everyone else’s time is coming soon
