I have shipped important documents packaged in a envelope and then in a box through the post office, i shipped with 3 to 5 day express mail. we tracked it all the way, once it arrives in nigeria, your fiance will receive a call to pick the package up at the local post office there, just keep extra copies i have also scanned documents  and sent via email.my fiance then printed them out.
