Hello All,

I am a US citizen who will be filing the I-129F for my foreign fiancee soon. I have some traffic violations from approximately 10 years ago that were over $500 fines. I see on the I-129F form that I should list those, but do I also need to obtain police reports for those incidents? I would hate to receive an RFE for not providing a required document.

Thank you,

Isaac

Traffic violations have to be disclosed on I-130 if more then $500 as a beneficiary?

What about I-485?

Result was case dismissed after paying the fine.
