Hello Visa Journey.

 

So i am trying to read up upon the NVC step, and it looks like that some people are able to send the Affidavit of Support and all finanical evidence to the NVC online?

 

Is is just random who gets to do this, or is it people interviewing at certain embassys?

It is up to the Embassy at which you will do the interview. Some accept documents through the online portal, some accept documents via email and some require you to send hard copies through postal mail to the NVC where they will forward to the correct Post. They will tell you what methods they would like you to do in the welcome letter you will receive once the NVC receives your case from USCIS.
