Joint sponser income and Tab of joint sponser

Islamabad Emabassy ask me after 4 month refused status submit new joint sponser my husband annual income will be 30000$ but their previous year income was less than poverty guideline.Now we add joint sponser, her income is 20500$, 26000$ and 28000$ and have asstes of worth 50000$and 1000$ in bank a/c she has 1 depedent at this time her according to poverty guide line her income can manage two dependent.My question is #1-embassy will accept it or not.? someone says me it should be more than 30000$ .#2 we submited last three years w2 forms of jointsponser and 1 recent year 2017 IRS along with I864 but we didn't submit proof of asstes it will be ok or not???#3.we submit new jount sponser papers on $addition document required ) is it correct?
