I have sent few emails to the consultant and every time I've sent an email about my status I get respond back from them. Saying.                                                      Your case is undergoing administrative processing.                                                    Its been 4 months since they have my application. Just wondering how long is going to take to get approval or denial aslo is there anything I can speed up the application process. Thank you

Unfortunately no one can answer that question.  Administrative processing takes as long as it takes, sometimes days, sometimes months.  Hopefully you will hear something soon.

Good Luck!

Its US spouse for me. Through my wife we have been married 3 years and I had an interview with US consulate in Auckland in October and I've given all my documents including my passports expired one from both countries. I forgot the type of visa but I think it's (IR1 or CR1) - An immigrant Petition

Every case undergoes administrative processing, although some are longer than others.  Unfortunately, AP can be neither waived nor expedited.....

Certain demographics result in extended AP also. Have you ever lived anywhere other than New Zealand? Have you had any criminal convictions? Have you ever had issues with US immigration before (for example overstayed)?

I had criminal record  11 years ago. ( assault) and I got community service for 100 hours but my criminal is not  moral turpitude meaning my attention wasn't evil aslo I overstated  less than a year and ban for 5 years and that's gone cuz it's Was from 2014. Im from Middle East but not from ban countries. I been living and NZ citizen in New Zealand half of my life since I was 19 years and now I'm 34 years. I guess it's bit hard

Why were you banned for 5 years? Overstay of less than a year is a 3-year ban. A 5-year ban is given to deportees. Were you deported?

Which middle eastern country?  Pakistan?  Because males from Pakistan or similar countries can spend years in AP after interview.

I've told the immigration officer about it he said cuz I didn't fight my case and I've sign for removal that's why I been banned for five years  . But the law is very clear ( if you been overstated of your visa less than a year the ban will be 3 years. I really don't know what's going with my case.
