Hi all. What do we need to put on the form I-485 , part 2 , question 3. Recepit number of underlying petition? Is it the recepit number from the NOA 1 ?

I had questions about this too and did some research on it. I put the i-129f WAC # for question 3 and the "Received date" on NOA1 & NOA2 for Question 4 since we didn't have a "priority date".

I'm happy to see that February filers are starting to get their biometric scheduled. My NOA1 is Feb 11, so my turn might be around the corner!

I just realized I'm kind of in the wrong thread since I'm adjusting from F1, but considering this thread gets way more updates, I'll keep checking in here. Chicago lockbox received our package Tuesday, Feb 12, but we still haven't received any text messages from them, and the checks haven't been cashed yet. Starting to get anxious.

Ha..."anxious" after 6 days?  LOL...read some of my posts and my whining after waiting over 2 weeks!  Ha!

How some report getting texts/emails after just a few days is surprising, but I guess it just depends what massive bucket your package gets thrown in to before it's opened and entered.

Hang in there!

Hi February Filers,

I am in the midst of completing my AOS application and all other forms are valid but the travel authorization form i-131 expired on 12/31/18 and on the USCIS website no other version is available - so has everyone here sent the older version only?

Also, all the forms(i-485,i-131,i-765,i-864 and g-1145) and evidences with the cover letter have to be sent to the below address right?

For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: FBAS
131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor
Chicago, IL 60603-5517

Thanks so much in advance!

The I-131 form is not expired. Read the thread below:

The edition date is what matters. Use the 12/23/16 edition: https://www.uscis.gov/i-131

Hi fellow AOS filers,

I am new to the AOS group after applying receiving my K-1 visa.

I have a question regarding Adjustment of status for K-1 fiancées.

This is the document checklist and I have a question regarding this point (see marked with yellow):

image.thumb.png.58206bc9098209b7c0c02936603ef503.png

When I had my K-1 interview they collected all my original police certificates and kept the originals. I have no copies, because I expected to get them back.

I have no convictions, only proof of clean records.

Do I need to submit anything here regarding this point?

Is it only for people with convictions/court records?

I am really grateful for your help!

:)

Anna

Congratulations Nic!

We managed to marry on Valentine's Day as planned.

I am also in the same boat in regards to the ACRO Police Certificate. They kept it at the interview in London.

Do we need to pay and get another one done remotely from the US?

Hey! You don’t have to worry about getting this police certificate if you have no criminal records in the past. They ask for these docs only if you’ve been in troubles before, so they know what kind of person you are. So if you’re a law abiding citizen, you have nothing to worry about 😃
