Mailed AOS Package on Feb 8th and were approved on May 2th.  We were notified of interview date  in Early April, Received temp travel/work earlier in mid April as well.  The other person we knew in state also got a under 3 month file to approval.  Everyone was super nice and interview was a breeze.  Asked for copy of marriage license, asked her the names of my kids and about 20 "are you a criminal type" questions.

So....nothing’s changed on the USCIS posted estimated timeframes, VaJayJay has “updated” my “Estimated” approval dates.  Hahaha!  Where do they get this from?!?!

Two weeks ago:

AP: May 24

EAD: May 29

Last week:

AP: July 29

EAD: July 30

Today:

AP: June 21

EAD: June 24

Even when nothing changes for the USCIS.  Bwahahaha!

Alas...the SPAM continues.  Do you HAVE to rub it in my face about how long ago you actually DID something for me?!  🤨🙄

Pretty sure those updates are coming from the "new" site

For me, new site was never updated, and doesn't even have the date:

I do get those "We are still reviewing your case!" for my 128F K-1 petition .... even though it was approved over 4.5 months ago.

The new site appears to be rather useless. I would love to know how much money was spend by USCIS to whichever contractor did the implementation of it for them. Feel like most of it on making 2factor authentication work.

If they're from the "new" site (and they almost certainly are), there's a setting where you can turn them off.

I'm so anxious and scared. I know I'm very much in the right timeframe and I should not worry, but I keep being scared that maybe there's something wrong with our application and it'll be denied like it was for a guy on this forum. I just can't bear the thought of having to part with my husband and do long distance again.
I just wish I could know that everything is okay and they're simply processing our case.
I was in such chaos when we filed for AOS  that I didn't even manage to make photocopies of the whole package, so that doesn't help! Ugh.
