I guess some people really don't see the reality which others are dealing with. Some September, October, November and December filers wish to get "ready to be schedule for interview" but yet still nothing has happened for them.

I have been following these filers and I feel sad for most people. No approval for EAD/AP. So these people are beyond frustration.

I only say we all get what we want in a fair way.

They do see it as most of us doing AOS have already been on that journey with K1, I-130 etc. What is irritating is someone can’t express themselves without someone using the cut and paste ‘people from the year before have been waiting’ yes everyone is aware of that and it sucks but it doesn’t mean we can’t express ourselves with our own cases, we are all in the same boat, don’t need to make people feel bad.

Hello everyone!

It has been 41 days since fingerprint review is done and my status is still "Fingerprint Review was completed.".  As I see from other people's timeline, after fingerprint review the status changes quicker than 41 days. Do you think it is normal ?

Hi, I have the same field office like you. I had my biometrics in St. Louis more than month ago and my status online never changed and is still stuck at "your case/fingerprint fee was received". Seems like for some people they just don't bother to update it...

Hi everyone

I came here on a K-visa and got married a month ago and now I’m getting my green card package ready.

Do we need the form I-130? or is that only for spouses living abroad?

Thank you!

Nope you don't have too. You only need that when you guys did not get married within 90days and File AOS. And also if she lives abroad I-130 is file but that woll be a different case. It will be called CR-1 visa where she can automatically have her temporary green card. 😅

02/12/2018- Mailed the Documents to USCIS

Sorry if someone has made you feel bad. One thing we should all know is we are all going through this process and definitely this frustration will be over.

You have every right to express yourself.

Wishing us all the best of luck

Our status was updated to "Interview Was Scheduled" on May 3rd. We haven't received any interview letter in the mail yet. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to receive the letter once the status changes? We tried calling USCIS but they weren't able to give us a date...😐

Mine took 5 days for the letter to arrive since the update so I’m not sure... do you have informed delivery?

Thanks, I'll add a few days on to that because May 3rd was a Friday. Should be coming soon then - I see you're in Ohio too! I have the Informed Delivery app so have been checking that every day but nothing from them has popped up yet.

I never got the “scheduled an interview” status, and the letter was not shown in my informed delivery. The invitation just showed up in the mail one day. In fact my status is still stuck in we received your case and will let you know when we take action. I have the interview in less than two weeks. Good luck! You’ll get the letter very soon.

It was! Especially since we just filed at the end of February 2019. We weren’t expecting the interview for many months. It came on a Friday and made our weekend.
