That's fast, all the best with your interview. I got the "case ready to be scheduled for interview" on March 6 apparently. Until today, still no interview date.

Thank you and I hope it goes quick for everyone too.

Interesting, unproductive email loop with my Attorney today.  Apparently:

1)  Expedites are EXTREMELY rare, and generally for life-threatening situations.

2)  EADs/APs through the NBC are taking "at least" 5-7 months.

3)  GCs through the Texas Service Center are "at least" 18-24 months.

They must know everything.  I'll be terminated from my employment, it looks like, before I can get my EAD, even though we applied many, many months before my current work authorization was to expire.  Lovely...

if thats the can you can call the immigration and tell them about your case. They will give you and extension for your EAD. :) Thats what my friend did so she won't be in trouble.

Oh wow looked at your posts, seems you are on almost the same timeline as us. We filed K1 back in Feb 2018, then NOA1 for AOS was Feb. 6th, 2019. We did biometrics late Feb.

I’ve done my biometric appointment on 03/18, but when I check my status online it still “Fingerprint fee was received” 🤔🤔

Does anyone have the same issue?

oh yeah.. that happens to me too. It took them 2 weeks to change the status of my case on their website. :) they will change that soon. Just wait :)

TNs aren't just arbitrarily "extended" over the phone.  You must present yourself at a POE, or, mail it in to a robot.  Furthermore, now that we have filed an AoS packet, that is a "dual intent" implication, and under TN status, you can't exercise dual intent.  Therefore, the TN would be moot.   I suspect the intent is to force you to have to choose...be unemployed, suffer financial distress, and wait it out.  Or...leave the Country, thus abandoning your application.

Our applications like these are hardly something your adjudicator takes pleasure in approving.  It doesn't affect them...just the applicant.  So...what's the urgency?
