Hello! I've been a silent reader and was wondering what sites you guys are getting your updates from or the estimates... it doesn't give me that option on my timeline  to see the estimation for AOS. On the USCIS website it just says the same thing forever. Husband had biometrics apt March 7. Any links or info would be appreciated!

Join the club!  Had my bios on 3/4, review completed on 3/5, and ever since then....Spam emails from USCIS telling me "We're still reviewing your case...blah blah blah...there's no new updates at this time...blah blah blah".

Interesting, unproductive email loop with my Attorney today.  Apparently:

1)  Expedites are EXTREMELY rare, and generally for life-threatening situations.

2)  EADs/APs through the NBC are taking "at least" 5-7 months.

3)  GCs through the Texas Service Center are "at least" 18-24 months.

They must know everything.  I'll be terminated from my employment, it looks like, before I can get my EAD, even though we applied many, many months before my current work authorization was to expire.  Lovely...

Hey everyone!

I was wondering how much time it’s taking for an interview? Is the interview the last part of it?

Interview is kind of the last part  of the gc.

My case was received on 22nd February (AOS from K1).

After 53 days, my Advance Parole has just changed from 'Fingerprint Review Completed' (had been in that status for 22 days) to 'Case Was Received'. EAD still says 'Fingerprint Review Completed' and AOS is in 'Case Is Ready to be Scheduled for An Interview' (has been for 8 days).

This is on the old tracker. New tracker shows 'We received your case' for everything.

Statuses on the tracker don't seem to make a whole lot of sense, but I guess something behind the scenes changed today!

Hi! What do you mean by old tracker and new tracker?

Where on earth does VJ get these numbers from?

Even someone as dumb as a rock as I am, knows this fits NOWHERE in the USCIS posted processing times...

Your EAD Approval Estimate:

June 26th, 2019

Your AP Approval Estimate:

June 9th, 2019

Now THAT'S some funny #$%$# right there!

That's fast, all the best with your interview. I got the "case ready to be scheduled for interview" on March 6 apparently. Until today, still no interview date.
