I’ve done my biometric appointment on 03/18, but when I check my status online it still “Fingerprint fee was received” 🤔🤔

Does anyone have the same issue?

Hello, i'm looking for someone that can take a look at my contract with my lawyer so I can see if its going to hurt us by firing our lawyer.

IMHO, I think it would be best to just openly speak with your Attorney.  Someone who says they're considering "firing" their attorney, doesn't make it sound like it's purely a financial issue.  Unless you're using the term "firing" inadvertently.

I have found myself in various situations of "commitment", where it was realized after-the-fact, that I needed to remove myself from them at some point.  I have found that being open and upfront, as well as respectful, usually results in an "amicable" separation.

I highly suggest you try that method.....  Good luck!

We did ours on March 20th and it was stuck on "Fingerprint Fee Received" until just yesterday when it changed to "Interview Ready to be Scheduled" on the old site.  New site is still on "Fingerprint Fee Received".  I wouldn't worry about it, the way the sites update is super random.

Thank you. Yes I am hoping for the best to happy. At least ready to be schedule for interview or EAD approval. RFIE makes everything more frustrating. But I am hopeful. 🤞

Been there done that. Feeling the same way when we were only Filing for K1. It took us 8.5months to be approved. Atleast now we could patiently wait for EAD incase GC will be delayed. That’s the best thing about the AOS.

Sure it is. But I know very soon they will work on my case.

My case was received on 22nd February (AOS from K1).

After 53 days, my Advance Parole has just changed from 'Fingerprint Review Completed' (had been in that status for 22 days) to 'Case Was Received'. EAD still says 'Fingerprint Review Completed' and AOS is in 'Case Is Ready to be Scheduled for An Interview' (has been for 8 days).

This is on the old tracker. New tracker shows 'We received your case' for everything.

Statuses on the tracker don't seem to make a whole lot of sense, but I guess something behind the scenes changed today!
