Hi everyone, 

has anyone gotten an  Rfe for their aos application? if so how long did it take for you to get an interview appointment set up after the rfe evidence was received by uscis

Hi, my received date is December 31,2018, NOA date Jan 15 and RFE Jan 28. NBC received my RFE response on Feb 12 and up to now no update. 54days now of waiting and waiting. But some get decision on their RFE after few weeks of responding to RFE. Don't panic everything will be fine.

As of April 10,2019 NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED It takes 58 days from the received date. Woohoo....

Interesting...you've still got September and October filers who haven't received theirs yet.  Interesting.

 

So, how much does expediting cost?  Wondering if I should attempt to do mine that way....
