No kidding...since December 31st??  I'd be calling them and requesting some kind of factual update.  That's bunk!

My bio's were done at the beginning of March, completed just 2 days later, and since then...squat.  While others, as you can recognize, too, are getting interviews scheduled and even attended.  None of this makes sense, by virtue of the broad differences in how we are corresponding on here.

These matters are EXTREMELY important, and treating some applicants as a "luck of the draw" in how quickly they are processed, is not how you deal with people's livelihoods.

My attorney has not received any kind of RFE at this point.  Makes me wonder, has anyone even taken a look at this case (even though we've already done bio's), or are we just waiting on getting an RFE, which will further exacerbate the delays in processing.  Yeesh....

I have been frustrated to the extent that I decide not to worry to much about this. I had RFE on January 28,and responded to it. USCIS received my response on February 12. Had my bio on February 5 and now I am stuck in the traffic. Hahaha.... My attorney said they will work on it. But seems nothing is happening. After I hit 60+ days of submitting my RFE response, I will start calling them.

Working in my garden wishing for luck.

Might need to find a 4-leaf clover in that garden...to finally feel like you're getting some of the "luck" everyone else is getting.

I might just pan for gold...  Bwahahahahahahaha!!!

At least it's finally starting to feel warmer out for that garden work.  Well, not so much here, but maybe where you are?

Yes it is getting warmer for me here in Idaho. Where are you located? I wish USCIS will employ more people to get this process moving faster for us.

A major factor is the local field office processing times. For example, my father's AOS (I'm his I-130 petitioner for his immediate relative GC) is pending for 16 months. But we live in the slow San Francisco field office area. Below are his timelines:

AOS

Date Filed: 2017-12-06

NOA Date: 2017-12-08

Bio. Appt.: 2017-12-26

RFE(s): 2018-01-05

"Case ready to be scheduled for interview" since 2018-06-22. Nothing new since.

EAD/AP Combo Card #1

Approved Date: 2018-06-05

Date Card Received: 2018-06-13

Since the card expires on 2019-06-05 he has filed a renewal. Only the EAD part was auto-extended for 180 days after that date.

EAD/AP Combo Card #2

NOA Date: 2019-01-02

Still pending. Both I-765 and I-131 say "Case was received"

And he also frequently gets those same annoying "We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time" emails.

And I'm buried here in the heart of Immigration...figures!  I wonder if it's even reached the local office yet, as when I called last week, I was told it's still at MSC.  Quite frankly, I don't care about the GC itself (for now).  I'm much more concerned about the EAD/AP status, as I've got to get my daughter to Florida so she can start her Senior year in time for the 2019/2020 school year.  On my current valid status, I can't just get up and go.  I know, the AP status won't factor in to a domestic move, but affording the move will be reliant upon the EAD.  And my AoS is by the sponsorship of my lovely, beautiful loving wife...who can't wait to move back to Florida, as well!  LOL!

Did your case update to fingerprint completed after they took your biometrics? I read from the AOS Detroit Field in here that so far so good with regards to their processing. Hopefully it’s true to all. :D

Yes, I had my biometrics taken on the 22nd of March. How did you get your notification about your case being ready? Also, good luck with the process! Hopefully, you’ll get your interview date soon.

I have a case tracker app. It just popped up in my notification. Yep hopefully it’s also fast for us. As long as no rfe...

I got an update!!!!  I got an update!!!!

I got a letter from DHS Immigration in the mail.  I was absolutely certain it was an RFE that neither my Attorney nor either of the Update sites notified me about.

Fearing the worst (an RFE, of course) I begrudgingly slid open the envelope and prepared my eyes for the disappointment, when I recognized the top of the letter Notice i797...and read that...

my Biometrics appointment has been scheduled for 2/4/2019....

The Biometrics appointment I have ALREADY attended and the Biometrics they have ALREADY completed their review of.

BOY...when you know this ain’t gonna go well or expeditiously because you know your kinda luck.....YOU. JUST. KNOW.

What a joke......   😂😂😁😁😂😂
