Weird update on my case. I did biometrics last Friday, March 15.

I765 status changed to: Biometrics Review complete

I485 status still stuck on Biometrics fee received.

Hopefully it's just a glitch. I specifically asked the lady at the biometrics office if it's going to apply to both applications.

Mine states:

I485 Bio review completed.

I765 States nothing related to Bio (in fact, none of the other 3 apps state anything related to Bio; all simply state Case was received.)

Let's face it...the status updates page isn't a perfect environment, by any stretch.  LOL...

Haven't heard anything else since 3/6 on the I485 update, for anything else.

Lovely...said me never.

Ugh....

I see. Did you give them the copy of 1040 and all the tax schedule in your response to them? because that's what I did since they sent us RFIE and stated that my sponsor didn't meet the poverty guidelines, i send them the copy of 1040, w2, and tax schedule along with the 2555ez. I didn't bother to give them again the IRS transcript w/c is already done during the original filing. Hope you hear good news to them soon.

Yes we submitted the 1040,w2 and the tax transcript. besides i had a lawyer who made sure all was okay before submitting it. USCIS says they have received it and begin working on my case again. And now it is kind of waiting game to hear a decision on my rfe......haha

I wouldn't worry about it too much - a week isn't that long.  My biometrics appointment was for a Monday 4th March in Brooklyn and when I got to the office it was closed due to snow. The website said that I would receive another appointment in the mail but I decided to go and try my luck in one of the offices in New Jersey - they let me do it there but it was a long wait.  Do you know if your local office has been closed at all due to weather? If they have then maybe they've had to reschedule all the missed appointments and so the wait time might be longer? You're in Columbus? That's where my wife is from!
