Hey guys! We got NOA1 yesterday in the mail! Our check was cashed last weekend. We mailed it on 24th of February.  On NOA1 it says notice date March 1! I guess I'm a march filer after all 🤔

Ah congratulations!!! It’s happened for you so quickly! Mine arrived at the lockbox on March 1.. my cheque still hasn’t been cashed 😭😭😭

03/01/2019 - USCIS Chicago lockbox received case  for AOS/EAD/AP

03/21/2019 - NOA1 received hard copy via post (Notice date 03/14/2019)

I sent mine with FedEx priority overnight on the 12th last month and it was delivered and signed but still to this day nothing. Not even the check has been cashed.

At this point you should be calling the USCIS Customer Support number.  Additionally, I would send an email to the LockBox Support Account.  Best wishes you get your case going soon!

We sent it with USPS and once it was delivered, two days later they cashed our check. So really, it doesn't matter how you send it. USCIS will always be the one who decide what they're gonna do with your package

Hi I am wondering what the consulate part on my timeline means because mine says Armenia.

That means which the country in which you had the k1 visa interview. Your country to be precise if I get it correctly.

So how would i change that because we never had any K1 visa and its definitely not Albania. It would be Ciudad Juarez.

Hi all.

I received a mail yesterday saying

We are still reviewing your case and there are no update at this time,

we last took action on your case on February 27, 2019.

Anyone else who have gotten that mail or experiences with it? And might know if there is a deeper explanation to it or is it just whatever. Thank you😃

It means nothing new. I just ignore that kind of notification from USCIS. We received that many times when I-129F petition waiting to get approved

So I did everything right but wrote a check for the wrong amount. It escapes my comprehension. Even the cover letter had the right amount on there but for some reason I wrote a check for $30 more than it should be. Just resent our package. Guess I belong in the March forum.

Bummer!  Well, at least you got to the bottom of it, and can make the correction and resend.  Sorry to hear about what will be an unwelcomed delay, but you'll get through it!  Feel free to keep us all posted; everyone looks to each other's updates to gauge where things are going.

Thanks for the update!
