A lot of people are getting RFIE. Probably a single document you forgot to include such as english translation of your birth certificate

If you post all documents you've sent we might be able to figure out what's missing

Hello guys!!! We have our packet almost ready, i bet i wont be a february filer, do you have any check list during this process..is like at the beginning here there are not a lot of evidence to send with AOS ..somebody with the same situation?

04/06/18 -  NOA1 notice date email/text

10/18/18 -  RFE notification

10/22/18 -  RFE received in mail

11/01/18 -  RFE sent to USCIS

11/06/18 -  RFE received by USCIS

11/14/18 -  NOA2

11/27/18 - NVC Received

12/12/18 - NVC Case number

01/8/19 - Scheduled interview-APPROVED

01/21/19 - POE!

Here's the list of documents we've attached to I485:

- 2pcs 2x2 picture

- passport copy biographical page

- K1 visa page w/ entry stamp

- copy of I94

- original Marriage Certificate

- copy of birth certificate

- copy of vaccination worksheet

- copy of approval notice K1 visa

Affidavit of support

- copy of passport biographical page 

- copy of birth certificate

- copy of tax returns transcript latest 2018, 2017 & 2016

- copy of W2' s and paystubs

- certificate of employment

Proof of Genuine Relationship

- Lease agreement & Cable bill

- Wedding Photos

In advanced parabole did u guys wrote a letter for part 7 ... On a separate piece of paper explain how you qualify for a advanced parabole document??

11/06/18 -  RFE received by USCIS

Priority date is empty if you're adjusting from K1 visa. We just have received date and notice date

Exactly, it's empty but they say that for those who are adjusting from K1, the priority date is the received date.

1) Did you include english translation of the immigrant's birth certificate?

2) It's better to provide all stamped pages of the immigrant's passport

Affidavit of support

Did you include passport and birth certificate of the immigrant or US spouse?

Yes my Foreign Birth certificate was English, passport stamp birth certificate and passport of my US spouse too but the Birth certificate was not really that clear though we'll see what they are looking for.
