I had my Oath Ceremony yesterday and it went well, it’s a very special moment for everyone!!

Ok thanks....This is nerve-wracking!!!  Especially because there was so far some sense of consistency and now there seem to be delays....

Yep, that is what surprises me. It has been pretty consistent (135 days for interview notice and 160 days for interview). And now, suddenly nothing at all. I wonder if this has anything to do with it:

My case completion date increased from Dec 2019 to Jan 2020.

there are so many factors that contribute to this variability, i gave up the day-to-day monitoring a long time ago; i targeted a general late July/early Aug timeline and just hope for the best. it stinks that we don't have visibility into the near-real time progress, but at least their overall target finish date dropped by 2-3 months, so in the end, it'll be worth it!

to me this would seem to correlate with some offices transferring backlogs to other offices to help reduce the timelines overall. would be a real pain to do something like this, and then abruptly shift direction and divert more resources to do what this article is reporting.

Samlam04 just posted she had her interview on July 15th (Biometrics done March 20th) so that is reassuring...Your turn should come soon, and the rest of us after you!!! Fingers crossed for everyone!!!!

Yeah, in retrospect maybe my wife should have called and clarified to make sure they'd do a combo interview. But we got a letter saying they had transferred her I-751 so we figured of course they would be doing a combo interview. Alas, we should never assume anything.

My case completion has been going from November 2019 during the day, to December 2019 during the night, and back again to Nov 2019 in the morning hahahaha! Not sure we should give too much importance to it though...It should all soon be over...let's hang on cause there is nothing else we can do except support each other ! Best to all!

Hi all,  it's been a while and I just noticed a lot of cases have been approved already; congratulations to all of you who have been approved!! I, on the other hand, just checked my USCIS account (been a while, too) and saw that my completion time has been moved from March 2020 to MAY 2020...now this is getting frustrating...is that a glitch: has anyone had this happened too? My office is in Montgomery, AL...TIA for all the replies

I applied Dec 2018 my office is Montgomery, Al too and my completion time changed last week from December 2019 to  February 2020.
