Just got notification that my Oath was scheduled... Will post back once I have the date.

I am not on the list. I applied online Feb 2nd, Biometrics were done Feb 26th and today recieved a litter in the mail with my interview scheduled for May 6th. I'm shocked I had been told 13-14 months

Checked my account today and they have 'officially' approved my application! They will send a letter when they have scheduled my oath ceremony. Hopefully not too much longer to wait!

Timeline:

Dec 31st 2011- I-129F sent
August 2nd 2012- INTERVIEW- APPROVED
August 10th 2012- Visas received
August 21st 2012- P.O.E Boston!

September 11th 2012- Applied for SSN.
September 16th 2012- MARRIED!!!
September 17th 2012- Received SSN.
October 26th 2012- Sent off AOS forms.

January 16th 2013- EAD and AP card issued.
January 26th 2013- Card received in mail.

May 29th 2013- Service request, as outside of processing times.

June 25th 2013- Green card/EAD stamp received in passport. Green card production ordered!

July 5th 2013- Green card arrives :)

August 22nd 2014- Daughter Born!

April 17th 2015- I-751 Sent.

April 20th 2015- NOA 1

June 2nd 2015- Biometrics Appt.

February 2nd 2016- I-751 APPROVED! 10 Year Green card issued!

 

February 22nd 2019 Applied for Citizenship! 

March 14th 2019 - Biometrics appt.

April 23rd 2019 - Interview. APPROVED!!!!!  It took 60 days!!!

My husband’s interview was scheduled today! Nothing online yet but once I have the date I’ll update here. What are the websites and apps again for studying? He’s only been studying off the book they have him at the biometrics but I know it will be state and city specific. We are in San Diego by the way! Oath ceremonies are held monthly here so here’s to hoping for a speedy process!

Anybody in Texas who has applied for N400 been approved lately?  When is the last approval? Seeing some other states getting it done in a few months but can't say I expect anything of the like with the size of Texas and it being a border state with immigrants here.  Would like to see something positive however as this is the start of the last phase and looks like it will be the longest hardest part...………….:(

No at all, the questions were:

1- how many judges are in the supreme court?

2- What's the capital of Pennsylvania?

3- Name two national holidays

4- What is an amendment?

5- Who's the current governor of PA?

6- When we celebrate the independence day?

Reading: When is the thanksgiving? I have to read that. Then write the answer: Thanksgiving is in November.

Then he went over my application and asked me a lot of questions... That was it.

My interview was in Philly.
