my aunt husband did his in NY and it was around 4 months wait for everything and like 1 and a half for the oath ceremony. hope yours there is as soon as that

Was this in 2018? From what I have heard it takes around a year. I think your aunt's husband was just very lucky.

Does anybody know what is the difference between estimated waiting time and estimated completion time? It shows different times. Thank you!

Estimated Case Completion time is the estimated time for everything to be processed and completed.

Estimated waiting time is the wait time for the step you are on.  After biometrics, they are probably the same length of time. 

 

The only time I have really seen it different was for folks that just applied... Their case completion time was 15 months, but estimated waiting time was 30 days (or something like that) to get Biometrics scheduled.

I am not in NY but mines says August 2019. So pretty much 6 months since applied.

I figured out how to see the estimated time even though I sent a paper n400 application. It says 11 months for me.

Hi All!

 

Did anyone try to walk-in to get biometrics done at Fargo ASC? I’m applying for my n-400 next month and would like to know the experience there. I live in GF. I’ll have to drive 1.5 hours to ASC and would like to know if they’ll allow it or not and be prepared.

We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time   We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on February 26, 2019.   Sign in     they send me this email today. dont even know why if it still for no update

It’s because you have inactivity notifications enabled on your account.

You're welcome. If you want to turn them off, once you are logged into your account, click My Account -> Settings, and change case inactivity notifications to off.

03-06-2019 Biometrics
