I was just wondering... When exactly should my fiance fill in his i-134 and get it notarized? I told him to wait a bit and do it all closer to when my interview will be so the information on it will be more current, since Montreal is backlogged... but with the unpredictable dates (who knows if Montreal will speed up or slow down any more in the next few months?) I'm a little concerned that they might speed up unexpectedly and he won't have it done... I guess there should be time for him to do it between whenever I finally get Packet 4, and my interview?

Also who can notarize? Someone from his bank? (I think I read that somewhere, maybe even on here!)

i am thinking the same thing about waiting until the last possible minute to do mine pre-interview. in terms of getting it notarised it should be super quick any public notary (you can even find them in the phone book) can do one in short order like w/in a day.
