I have to figure out the best way to go about getting that info. Meaning I don’t live in that state anymore.

Some people have had luck getting enough information from online sources.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

How do I get a copy of my arrest record?
There are few different ways to obtain a copy of your criminal record. The best way to obtain the most accurate information is to request a copy of your criminal record from the FBI or your state bureau of investigation, state police, or state public safety office. You may be required to submit your fingerprints.

Look online for each state and see what the reqirements are for a copy of your records
i  googled the above question
there will be a fee as there is for any offical documents

Thank you for the info. However, just yeaterday I paid $60 for FBI fingerprint search that I got back by email less than an hour and I only got a list of my charges in which I will need more information on those charges from the courts. So the FBI search wont be enough.

You will need to contact each court where the charges were heard/filed/tried.  The court with jurisdiction over each case, and request a copy of the final outcome of each arrest, conviction, whatever.  You may be able to start with an online search, then a phone call to the court clerk's office.  Each will be a little different on how you can get a copy of the court records for each of your arrests/convictions.  Good luck!

Just an FYI, a real full fingerprint FBI background check takes 16 week's to receive after you mail in the form. Only costs 15 dollars, but takes some time. I do one every January ( just sent it a few weeks ago) but it is a minimum of 14-16 weeks to receive it back in the mail. So if you need it, get it started ASAP. Easy one page form, money order, and a fingerprint card from a local place authorized to take your prints. Some of them will do the whole thing for you for around 60-80 dollars. FBI has a authorized list of providers on their website. What you paid for was just an online NCIC records search, that's why not much detail.

I recently send in my K1 package.  I have two DUI's arrest, first one about 16 years ago in Washington state and the second one in Feb 2013 in Minnesota my current living state.  I did click yes on question 4a. and explain it on 4b. why I was arrest and attached a copy of Court Sentence and Court Register of Action for the 2013 arrest.  I did not mention anything about the first DUI arrest which happen long time ago in Washington state.  Now I rethink about it and very worry for not mention it in my petition form.  Will my petition get RFE, deny at Interview stage etc.  What can I do at this stage, should I wait and see if I get RFE or can I call then to add detail to my petition and gather support documents for it.  Help Please?? Any ideal and recommend what I should do?  thank you!

get the information and contact USCIS to get instructions on how to amend it.

I forgot something from 26 years ago and i talked to someone and they just said to send a letter to the service center to have it added. I had a complication in that the day i called them, that was the day they approved my petition, however, they sent me a letter saying i can forward this also to NVC by email, which I did. I was fortunate in that by the time my letter arrived to the service center, the packet had not been sent to NVC yet, so between all of the times i contacted them i am hoping it will be amended properly

RoC sent 10/30/21

NOA 11/16/21

Check Cashed 11/18/21

Biometrics Waived 01/19/2022

Thank you for your response. I have another question. Do I need information on all my traffic tickets also for the k1 visa process?
