From my experience it didn’t reset the time cause I was still reviewed at 12 days....

Hi, You only submitted 2018 Transcript? how much is your income and how did you get that fast.? i requested fist week of Feb and got mail saying its not in the system yet and data not found. i did file my tax on first week of the month feb so, they say it takes 2 to 3 weeks to be entered in system and get the transcript, i have requested again finger crossed.

Did you mail in your tax return or doing digitally? I did it online and requested the tax transcript online. It's available as soon as they approved the refund amount. If you owe IRS then it might take longer.

They said it can take up to one week to be recognized in the system. Delay delays. The games of NVC.

Can’t pay fees on it, but at least you will know if the system is recognizing your case number.

SMH. I was told that it is taking a week now for the system to recognize the case numbers. NVC keeps changing the system, so it is now meant to cause a delay of a week. I guess it took the place of choosing an agent which used to case delays...SMH

I have tried the case tracker but no luck, it won’t open .

You have already complete DS-261 and pay your fees? Because I could not complete these steps even. Anyone could just complete ds-261 and pay their fees other than @SM&RM?

The tracker is working now for me, but that does me no good. I’m just glad the system recognizes my number. It used to say the same thing as you.
