i had sent an email for them friday and no reply till now, they seem to take like a week to reply so i’ll wait for tomorrow to see what they say.

I just called this number.  No hold, but they say that they only help the NVC employees and that I need to talk to NVC.  He did say that multiple/ many NVC employees have contacted them about this issue.

This electronic process is stupid and the people who handles it ,even if some applicant uploaded some document upside down or up whats the problem and turn it around but you are dealing with bunch of idiots .By mail was the better option atleast before applicant didnt worried about the fact if doc is upside down or up. And more stupidest thing is they take 2 weeks for each review and not reviewing in day or two for applicants with re-submission. They are way worse than USCIS.

I called again...the agent said 2 of them are uploaded correctly but the last agent said all 9 sent are incorrect..this too much!
