No.. Just call customer service. They are going to tell you they are working on it.. Been trying to login since Wednesday. So yea its just so sad.

Last night customer service transferred me "to someone who can help with with CEAC specifically" and it sent me back to the main menu and I hung up haha

Is NVC not accepting Tex returns ? I hear alot about transcripts.  Or are they both acceptable?

They don't accept return only transcripts and W2 is acceptable

I wanna cry .i give up...cant do this anymore...i called nvc speak to supervisor and she said my document isnt uploaded correctly the divorce paper but its right on my end ..submitted it 4 more time facing different ways and she saying the same thing so she reaching out the review team..what the heck is wrong with this ceac system🤬🤬

What! Is it PDF or jpeg because if is not PDF it may turn upside down
