I have been trying since Thursday yet nothing. So what do they mean 😞😞😞

 i have tried to call them today several times but no reply, this is getting so annoying 😑

Been trying them since Thursday as well. Just got to them.. They said to keep trying. They are working on it.. They better do this and have CC in March 😒😒😒😣😣 it's annoying.

Only if his income does not meet 125% above poverty guidelines for his household number.  Just to be safe, you can have his wife fill out the I-864a since they filed jointly this would be the form you want to use.

Ok. He met the requirements. But I don't know if  the wife needs to fill 1864a knowing he met the requirements

I have a joint sponsor who also meets requirements (my dad) and I plan to have my mom submit the I-864a as well.  It probably is not necessary, but NVC is very into finances so it wouldn't hurt to include since they file jointly.

Ok thank you. Do you think she needs to submit her W2 as well
