Also, does anyone know if CEAC contains some electronic version of the I-864 that we're supposed to fill out online or do we print one, fill it out, then scan it and upload it in to CEAC? I had already printed one out and filled it out.

The PDF version of the I-864 is electronic you will be able to fill it all out not online but in PDF. However, you would still have to fill out some parts in print, where there is a need for signatures, also to avoid having your documents returned you may have to fill out N/A on all parts of the document that does not apply to you.

I submitted the first set of documents on the 7th of February 2019, then I uploaded additional documents on the 13th of February 2019 just to avoid any issues. They accepted all but one of my documents on February 20,2019.

Pls can you list what you submitted as financial documents

Is it unusual that I'm not able to choose an agent? The only thing CEAC let me do is pay the AOS and IV fees, all other options are greyed out or not clickable.

Your payment has to show paid before you can move on.

Wait a minute so if the docs accepted u can still get a rfe??

Please review, because they do not send all rfe’s at one time. If you have anything else to submit, then submit it one time. I know you will be ok now though.

That's what I figured but on NVC's website it says "Step 1: Choose an agent Step 2: Pay fees". So I was confused about why it makes it seem as though you choose an agent first. But all I can do is wait for the payment to clear and see what happens next I guess.

It also says on the website Please allow up to 3 weeks for the NVC to process your DS-261 before continuing to the next step.

Does it really take them up to 3 weeks just to process who the agent will be???
