I don’t understand why they can’t just detect all at once instead giving 2 RFE

You will be fine. You gave them everything they wanted. What is accepted will be accepted. Say you sent your 2017 tax transcript, but did not submit the W2 because it wasn’t required, now NVC sends a message to submit 2017 W2 🤦🏽‍♀️! Everything you sent was ok, but they want additional information. I-864ez cases are usually simple and cut and dry. Just scan everything where you can read the documents from left to right. Income information is only needed if the current year tax transcript is below the poverty level.

Also, does anyone know if CEAC contains some electronic version of the I-864 that we're supposed to fill out online or do we print one, fill it out, then scan it and upload it in to CEAC? I had already printed one out and filled it out.

How many days did it take them to review when you first submitted?

I submitted the first set of documents on the 7th of February 2019, then I uploaded additional documents on the 13th of February 2019 just to avoid any issues. They accepted all but one of my documents on February 20,2019.
