I haven’t submitted, but they have request a letter from others. Please upload 2017 tax transcript with W2’s and a letter stating 2018 transcript is not available at this time.

YW, because once you upload the letter, they will then ask for 2017 transcript and W2’s so you should just submit it one time.

Guys! I am new to the thread, Thank you all in advance for any of your input. My documents were rejected because I had them uploaded in horizontal orientation. now I fixed it,uploaded, and submitted. Can someone with previous experience tell me if they reset the clock as a first time up loader or its it somehow quicker line. Aslo, once if they accept...

Submitted Docs on 3rd Feb, we got our case approved today. 

 

No RFE, however my wife's income for 2018 was list $0 (she's been overseas with me), our assets more than make up for this, however we got the standard notice that it's at the consular discretion. Good Luck to all waiting.

 

I checked CEAC messages this morning to find out, I suspect an email will come through this afternoon.

Usually takes 1.5 to 2 weeks to review documents again.

I actually thinks its random now. I see people who submitted on feb 9 and getting replies within a week while some people are waiting 2 weeks and longer. doesn't  make sense on how NVC is operating now.

I got a response in 7 days after RFE they are working randomly now cause I submitted on 02/07 and responded on 02/14
