You can show your W2’s which will separate your income from your husbands. You can use I-864ez with just your income. Make sure you can answer yes to the 3 questions asked.

Thank you for the response.

Hi,

I got this message titled CASE FE REVIEW NOTE

"Please submit every Form W-2 that totals up to the amount on __my dad's name___  tax return for 2017"

Everything I sent was accepted except my joint sponsor's 864 which just says submitted, I provided the last 3 years of tax transcripts but no W2's.

what do I do?

I guess you should do what they ask for - submit your dad's W2 forms for 2017 and total amount of income reflected in W2's should be equal to the income shown in his transcript 2017.

I'm confused on what they mean, wouldn't the 2017 transcript and W2 match if I were to get the W2?

Yes, they should match. I think if your dad filed his taxes jointly with his spouse, NVC needs his W2s to see which portion of the income in tax transcript 2017 belongs to him and make sure it meets the requirement.

Or maybe they just want to see W2 forms in addition.

He did file jointly, thank you so much!

Send them an email to fix your account. Does the 5 days include the weekend? Is the payment cleared from your account?

No. Weekend excluded. Paid on Friday and cleared in account Monday morning. I sent an email to that same address yesterday.

Ok. Well all you can do is wait for them to resolve your issue. Sorry, that’s the only option. Seems like they resolve it pretty quickly. Try later on today to see if it opens. Make sure all your documents are ready to go. You can use this time to scan everything and save it if you haven’t done that already, or fill out the paper DS-260. This will all save time later.
