I don't have the answer. We called up and the handler said that we need to upload the transcript not the return transcript. So not sure on the next step

By tax return transcript do you mean the whole tax return file that you submitted while filing taxes?

Thank you. that's what am planning to do. the lady was like whenever you are doing filing 2 police record is always required. lol.

I use to work at the Duke Street office and I also did my process in 2017.  That would be a money making thing to need two police records lol. As i stated before all NVC needs is the scanned copy but original goes to the embassy on the day of the interview.

I already SUBMITTED everything last week.

However, I might have forgotten to send something in (my proof of USA Domicile, which some say i don't even need, but who knows).

I'm just wondering if i should just send it in now (i still have the ability to ADD ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTs at the bottom)?  Or, will this cause me to get bumped back to the back of the line (and apparently it's a 20 day long line)?

yes if you submit something again, you would go back in line I think. Since 1 week has already passed, i would just wait another week to see what they say. Can you share what you submitted regarding your tax papers?

I see.  Then yeah, i'll just wait and see if they say anything.

I've heard that the "Proof of USA Domicile" is only needed if the address i put on the Affidavit of Support is not in the USA anyway. But, that doesn't make sense to me, as what I wrote on the Affidavit of Support is just words - they might want some proof behind it I would think.  I don't know.

About my tax papers:  I've sent them the IRS Tax Transcripts (for me - the petitioner, and my joint sponsor).  And on those, it only lists the first 5 digits of my address before getting cut off.  So, for example, it says  "555 Gr" instead of "555 Green Street, Beverly Hills, California 90210"

The return transcript only right?

Yes that is normal, IRS does not show complete name and address for safety of identity. Yes if your address on AOS is USA, the you don't need to show Proof of USA Domicile.

Did you submit a tax account transcript or a tax return transcript? The transcripts do not show your full name, social security number or address anymore for security reasons.
