This is not directed at anyone.  My opinion is, you have w2,tax return and tax transcripts.  It seems as tho ppl a confused on what to upload.  Why not upload it all. NvC always ask for mpre documents and not less. I read earlier where someone wrote, i can't remember where or who. Nvc don't follow their own instructions and it's so true. So just to be on the safe side. Send everything..

I would get both and include them together. The tax account will show if you made any changes or if you owed, got a refund or paid on an amount owed. The tax return transcript is what you want though.

Ok thanks, I ordered the tax return transcripts and we’re still waiting for it to come in the post.

I agree, but sometimes giving more information can cause problems too. We can see that they only want tax transcripts now based on all the RFE’s lately for tax returns. I say just give them what they want. Tax return transcripts with W2’s.

Ok great! You will be fine. Just make sure to send the W2’s that go with the 2017 tax return.

don't you need the interview date before you can make appointment

You can always request a change of date if the date given is before you get your interview date. It will hold you up if your medical appointment is not in time. Once you get Case complete I would schedule my medical. Put an anticipated date in.

I think the norm is, you need the interview notice/letter to be able to get medical done. The medical centers will request for your interview notice before they can attend to you. Except it’s different in your country.

2/21-2/25 You fall close to a weekend. It’s taking about 2-2.5weeks for Case complete with no RFE’s or rejections.

I submitted mine 1/30 ... Can you tell me when I will receive mine??? Thnx

That’s what I had my husband do too. He just has one more HepB to get. Getting the police certificate has been a headache, it’s been 4 months and it’s still not ready in St.Mary....SMH We might go to Duke st and get same day.

I did mine at Duke Street and paid the $6000 for the 1 week and it was ready on time.

they have a same day and it's for like $8000 that's like less that 80USD

I’m not saying to go to the medical without the interview letter, just to schedule for one. There is a wait for an appointment.  The medical delays a lot of people at our Embassy. If the date is approaching before the interview letter is received the date can be changed. I will be doing this for my husband. I don’t want our medical to delay us. It is recommended to get the medical done at a minimum of 10 days before your interview and it still doesn’t reach in time for interviews. We do not hand carry our medical it is sent to the Embassy from the hospital.

If he doesn’t have it by the time I get there in 2 weeks we will get the same day from Duke st. I just can’t be bothered with St.Mary. We can find out how soon after we schedule our medical appointment we will get our date. I’ll have to ask on our Embassy forum.

I'm from Jamaica.  In the past, they always request your letter of appointment before giving you a date for medical. I'm unsure if this has changed

oh ok. I never knew it could be done somewhere other than Duke Street. the only thing for me was that they addressed it to NVC instead a the Kingston embassy I hope I will not need a new one for my interview

It will be fine. That won’t be an issue.

The appointments are scheduled online now. You have to show the interview letter at the medical. You don’t have to have the letter to make the appointment that I know of. I will try to find out how soon a medical appointment date is given once requested. I’m just suggesting this if it can be done. I will try once I get Case complete. I can’t try now, the medical date would be to soon.
