Received my case no yesterday, 8th Feb (NVC received date 22nd Jan). Took 17 days to get case no.

Trying to pay but seems CEAC site still has issue and can't login!

Are you a K1 visa applicant? 😳😳😳

Thank you for responding. If we submit Tax transcript 2017 and W2s 2018, do we need to submit a statement explaining why the tax return 2018 wasn't filed yet?

No, only if you submit 2018 tax return with W2’s. If you only submit 2018 W2’s you do not need to explain. I would submit current paystubs and/or a job letter if you can to show current income if you are filing an

I-864ez.

Great! That's what we were planning to do. Thanks again!

Yw. When one files an I-864ez they really have to prove that their income alone can support their spouse. The more information to prove that the better especially for the Embassy. I have to do the same.

Hi Arcangel,

NVC sent me an email today. So the document review process took 2.5 weeks. The said that the passport bio page is sideways so it was rejected. I scanned it again and resent it this morning. Also to others, please make sure you submit your W2 even if they say it is not needed if you submit tax transcript. Make sure you submit W2 AND transcript. I was asked to upload W2s for 2017.

Thanks,

Nabil

Thank you so much for sharing and the advice! Please update us when they approve you guys

Hello All,

What IV fee payment options are available?

I have to pay from outside US.

May I pay using debit card?

Trying to login to CEAC, but it show's JavaScript error and time out!

TIA

I think you are only able to pay using bank account. Since your debit card is associated with a checking account, use that checking account for payment.

This is a CR1 forum, but you can only pay fees with a U.S. bank account and routing number.

Yes, we definitely need to be well - prepared.

My husband also has income in the form of dividends from his family 's company. In 2017, he met the income requirement with the help of these dividends - the wages alone weren't enough. But in 2018, his wages alone were just a bit over the poverty line and now he has a well - paid job. So, we will be submitting an employment letter too and using his current annual income to qualify as a sponsor. So, we hope that in our case we need to fill out I-864EZ instead of I-864. We were a bit confused which one we need to use 🤔
