No..cant send tax returns anymore but i did send the 2018 w2 in the additional documents pile...time is money..already wasted a week on that portal being messed up

IKR. I can understand that. You can send your tax return with a note stating why you don’t have your 2018 tax transcript. I know you have submitted already.

Hi Arcangel,

NVC sent me an email today. So the document review process took 2.5 weeks. The said that the passport bio page is sideways so it was rejected. I scanned it again and resent it this morning. Also to others, please make sure you submit your W2 even if they say it is not needed if you submit tax transcript. Make sure you submit W2 AND transcript. I was asked to upload W2s for 2017.

No I havent filed my 2018 tax return so just 2017 transcript and 2017 W2. Should I submit 2018 W2?

Hello,

I received an email that my wife's passport page is sideways. I fixed it and uploaded it today. does anyone know if it will take another 2.5 weeks to review it, or is it faster since it is technically a correction?

I can answer for him ( @Arcangel) 3 days. I think he paid on the 24th and the portal was open on the 29th.

Congratss, what date did you submit the documents ? Was is actually sideways the passport bio page ,what do they mean by that, like was the actual picture upside down sideways ?
