A missing second middle name is not a big deal. So knowing the extent of the error can lead to better recommendations on what to do. Nonetheless, if you haven't been scheduled for interview yet, I will recommend you contact NVC right away by sending an email to the NVC explaining the error and asking for it to be corrected on the DS-260. In some cases you may have to add an attachment of documents in your email to substantiate the correction. In other cases, you might have to mail additional paper documents to correct the mistake by sending them along with a letter to the NVC explaining the situation, with reference to the relevant DS-260 question numbers.  On the other hand, if you've already been scheduled for interview, let the CO know of the mistake when called up to the window so they can correct it for you.

The dates of My previous travels to the Us are incorrect, as well as the length of stay. I also was refused a b1/b2 visa before and no is selected on that question.

I was not the one who completed the application and I didn't get to review it

Sorry, see my post above. You may also call NVC for instructions on how to correct it.

I am trying to get to NVC now. Been holding since then. No interview date as yet as I just started the NVC section. I may have to try calling later tonight when the wait time is shorter.

Nice, looks like you are already being proactive concerning the issue. NVC will help you correct it one way or another. All the best.

Does anyone have a template for how they wrote why they don't have the 2018 transcript yet?  I just wanted to know if there are certain things I should mention.

Thank you!!

I literally wrote on Microsoft word.To NVC

that because I have not received my W2 . I don’t have a transcript. Then I went to irs website and selected 2018 transcripts. It say tax hasn’t be filled, i also uploaded that as well . So they can see that there’s no way I can get it .
