Hello there, i just have a question, how do you submit the tax transcripts? If there are different types, it should be appropriately labelled and submitted in each category?

please view attached document.

It should be an error. Because I paid on Monday evening and on Wednesday evening it showed paid. Done with D260, uploading civil documents. I pray it will show paid today. Don't lose hope

Checked this morning still saying in process so everyone passed me up i emailed them a copy of the trace number and tranaction for the fees from my bank ...idk...so discouraged

SMDH. Better get on the phone again and ask to speak to a supervisor.

Every years tax transcript should be uploaded separately under Tax return/Transcript and saved under the tax year.

hey @SM&RM when uploading the passport photo do i scan it on a A4 paper and then crop it?

Can't we just upload a digital photo that meets the requirements and bring the original pictures to the interview? Or the printed pictures should be scanned?

Yes, you can upload a digital photo and crop it. Please see attached. You can also submit a letter stating that you will bring the photos to the Interview.

I want to upload only 2017 transcript.

That’s fine, but you need to include your W2 as well in optional documents.

It should look like this.

Thank you! It's already cropped to the required size. At the photostudio, they printed 2 of my photos on paper and shared a digital version of the picture with me too.

Ok. That’s great. You will be fine. I haven’t heard that NVC is strict on the photos. You will just need the passport style photos in hand for your Embassy.

Hello,

I submitted all documents to NVC on Jan 21st and got first feedback yesterday Feb 6th (16 days).

Several documents were rejected, and I was wondering if any of you could explain the message: "Please add XX as a Joint sponsor as submit all of their documents under their name"

Did I miss a step? What is the process for adding a joint sponsor? Also, for the passport they mention the name "Casey," but there is no one called Casey anywhere in my file...should I just assume it's a mistake on NVC's part?

And finally, they sent me a message asking for my proof of employment. In the original batch of documents I included a letter stating that I am employed in France and that my job will not continue after I move to the U.S.

Am I still expected to show pay stubs, contracts, etc. for my job in France?

Thank you so much for your help and patience !!!!
