oh I see , one qualify.  so I can just use one of my parents  w2 and information not both ? even thou the file jointly ?and that 1-1864a correct ?

Correct! You do not need both of them if one can qualify alone. One I-864a.  It will ask for the individual income, provide that. Use the W2 to show the separate income.

the start now button is gray shaded i cant click on it...ive called them several times today they keep saying they escalated up to a supervisor and supervisor will monitor .. i also emailed the IT department
