In that case it would not apply to us. Remember u have different category visas that have to wait until their dates become current before getting an interview date.  So there might be instances where a particular case is there for more than a year, hence needing a new record.

Good day! I have my interview scheduled on the 14th of february. My fiance has not filed his taxes yet. Is it okay if we use the 2017 tax returns and w2??

We got approved January 14th after a long wait with USCIS. As of yet NVC still hasn’t received my petition hopefully they will receive it soon I will call again in the am.

I received my case number on 28th of October but have not paid yet

nvc send me mail that my case is documenterily qualified in 12december 2018 , and they schedule interview date , but till now i didn’t received any mail or any update from nvc or islamabad Embassy

My goodness! That is good. We are all almost there. Well congratulations! Case complete should come hopefully by next week or the week after. I better get motivated like you and devote a day to uploading documents.

if they schedule your interview I suggest you call them, because you never know your interview can be this February.

 May b 35 day shut down  they delay my case , bcoz they just mai me that they schedule my inter view they didn’t give me date  ,

I had gotten my date from NVC for interview when my husband called then they sent the email. Fingers crossed they email you soon
