Still in process too

Oh no! Super frustrating, I just caught up on all the messages and saw you're still outstanding. I'm going to call late tonight. Just hoping it moves to paid this week at some point!

Financial or civil documents? For financial documents you have to provide mor information. Is the petitioner using their own income or the incomes of others orca household mgrmber?

Beneficiary Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Police Record, passport size photos 2, biographical page of passport.

Divorce decree if previously married petitioner or beneficiary.

You would complete I-864ez. You will have to provide current paystubs and job letter. Hard to say what they really want, but I would provide enough evidence to show current income. Provide 2017 tax transcript and W2’s. You can provide a letter why your income was not as high in 2017.

Thank you soooo much for your help!!!!  Keep me posted on what they say when you call.  I think I will call also this week just to make sure.  Did you also do your 2018 taxes and write NRA where the social security number should be?

Yes I did write NRA where the SS of my husband should be. I filed head of household though. Will do. Yw

hello , my co sponsor are my parents , am I filling out the 1-864a for them or 1-864?

Do you live with them? If you do then I-864a for them. Are you using both of them or just one?

I leave with them , I am using both of them because the both file their taxes jointly

That doesn’t matter that they file jointly. If one can qualify alone you can use one. Their W2 will show separate income. If you use both they both need to complete a separate I-864a.
