What!!!!!! They accepted all your documents online? No rejection notice of documents? What is your lawyer saying? What is your Embassy? Why don’t you create a timeline?

Whst is a timeline?

Guatemala

emailed my lawyer about NVC telling me my case is in AP and will notify me with next step.

her answer was that she hasn’t hear NVC doing this kind of stuff and I should be thankful my husband is with me waiting for appointment when other people is trying to get their family members from war countrys. It made me feel awful and selfish. I was hoping for a straight answer but left with even more questions. I call NVC every day until they tell me my case is out of AP and ready for appointment

Oh ok. I would submit 2016 Transcript, Transcript 2017 with W2, and Transcript or tax return 2018 with W2 provide a letter if you use Tax return. I would provide a current job letter and paystubs.

The system is working today? So many people had problems submitting payments the other day.

Yah I will do that! Should I do the 186ez? Or 186?

NVC won’t tell you why it’s in AP? A timeline shows your history with USCIS all the way to interview. If you click your name you should be able to create one.

Yw. I’m sorry to hear that. You can try getting your Congress person involved to get answers for you.

Is the petitioner using their own income or co-sponsor? Is the co-sponsor a household member or not?

I am the petitioner. And I was planning on using my own income because my 2018 is way over the financial requirement but now I’m unsure if that is enough because my 2017 is like 500 short of the requirement. Does it only matter that the most recent income meets the requirements? Or does the past 3 years all have to?

The requirements keep changing day after day. This is sooo frustrating. If anyone could tell the exact documents that are to be submitted, it would be of great help.

You would complete I-864ez. You will have to provide current paystubs and job letter. Hard to say what they really want, but I would provide enough evidence to show current income. Provide 2017 tax transcript and W2’s. You can provide a letter why your income was not as high in 2017.

Financial or civil documents? For financial documents you have to provide mor information. Is the petitioner using their own income or the incomes of others orca household mgrmber?

Beneficiary Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Police Record, passport size photos 2, biographical page of passport.

Divorce decree if previously married petitioner or beneficiary.

We got approved on Jan 10th and got notification that USCIS sent it to NVC on Jan 25th. I tried calling NVC to make sure they received it, but their answer is "it's not on our system yet and we cannot give your case number yet." Duuh, I get it, all I want to know that they have it and we can start counting weeks... How did you guys make sure NVC received your case?
