Sure will. When is your NVC application receive date? Yes, my 2017 is way over the  poverty limit. I have a household of 2.

My nvc receive date is 1/17/19. It would have been 1/9/19 but they made a mistake on my approval notice. My 2017 would have been higher but they don’t count my income from working as an english teacher abroad because it’s not for a US company.

Oh ok. I would submit 2016 Transcript, Transcript 2017 with W2, and Transcript or tax return 2018 with W2 provide a letter if you use Tax return. I would provide a current job letter and paystubs.

Thank you.

Now we wait for the payment to process

The system is working today? So many people had problems submitting payments the other day.

You should get Case complete 2-3 weeks after you submitted documents. You mailed or submitted online.

I uploaded only 2017 1040 and the w2s supporting, no other forms, however like you said everyone is saying they want tax transcript you can upload 1040 and w2s and ask for a tax transcript and when you have it upload it too. Petitioner and joint sponsor have to fill each one a I-864 if they live in different address.

Thank you so much

Submitted online, 6 weeks waiting

What!!!!!! They accepted all your documents online? No rejection notice of documents? What is your lawyer saying? What is your Embassy? Why don’t you create a timeline?
