I'm seriously thinking and praying they will let us start tomorrow for cases that had their numbers last week. Because its been a week now since they told us to wait.

I received my Case number on 25th Feb 2019, and just logged in 5 mins back for the first time, without any issues.

Is like I made a mistake in filling my sponsors 1864. He filed jointly with his wife and I filled the amounts in their tax transcripts and not the one in his W2 . Household size I recorded 2 people, myself and him. I  didn't count in his family members (his wife and kids) I'm confused now, is like i made a mistake . Who will help pls

The documents now say accepted and I can read the message when I login they sent saying all documents accepted and approved

Now when you call NVC the automated message says they are aware of the issues we are having logging into CEAC and they are working on getting the issue resolved and we should try logging in later...🤦🏽‍♀️🤯💆🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Its just one sheet but they said wheb they open it the words too big and all 4 sides of the paper doesn't show

Lol😂 that’s really so frustrating how they couldn’t deal with a problem for one week🤦🏼‍♀️

It has been a week since i got my case number last Thursday 2/21 and still can’t login 😕😕

Same here. I got my case number the same day you did... I just got off the phone with NVC they said that case numbers are lagging in the system and the system is not recognizing the case numbers and Invoice numbers , but they are actively working on the issue. We shall see 🤞🏽🙏🏽🤷🏽‍♀️

Yeah, I realized they have included an automated message to their phone playback.

Yes they did, so this gives me hope that they are working on the issue. The representative I spoke to even tried logging on with my information and couldn’t. He was very helpful. He was able to see the error message it gave me and he said he will forward that information to IT and his supervisor. It was so nice talking to a level headed man. Those women were driving me crazy....Lol 🤦🏽‍♀️💆🏽‍♀️
