What would happen if I upload AOS docs now and civil docs and complete ds 260 form in a week or two? I have to get civil docs translated but I’m anxious to get started. Is it best to wait and upload everything at once?

I would upload everything at once, most people do. It has been taking 2-3 weeks to review anyways so why not just wait. I don't know how it works if you upload some now and some later for CEAC.

You can upload at any time. I (f2a) did my ds260 then uploaded a couple of documents, had to wait a week or so before I could upload more as they had not yet arrived. Waited another week or two before being able to upload my last document as it took an eternity to arrive from overseas. Husband has yet to upload any AOS stuff but will do so this week.

I would say go with uploading whatever you have now. So that the process gets started.

To get the docs reviewed takes at least 2 weeks anyways. If you can submit the rest of the docs before the initial one gets reviewed you save a week.

Does anyone know what the case complete to interview timeframe is for China? I haven't seen much info on the country forum. Anyone with recent experience?

Follow the steps in the Wiki - Step 10 - Interview Date https://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process#Step_10_-_Interview_Date

You should have an idea.

WAITING FOR INTERVIEW (CASABLANCA MOROCCO).

We closed on 01/22/19 and hoping for a March interview.  All this waiting is for the birds.  So far I see no interview dates for anyone in March.

Thanks to everyone for well wishes.  Appears that at some consulates/embassies, such as Lagos and Ciudad Juarez, appointments are outside of normal processing.  The waiting for us had been brutal and rightfully many others are feeling the same anxieties.  Best of luck to everyone awaiting appointment scheduling.  We are all moving closer to our goal....even if at a slow pace.

my husband called the consulate (casablanca/morocco) and they said that it takes 1month to schedule and interview , but they will work with the NVC.

Our interview will be assigned by NVC.  Hopefully, it will be soon.  Patience, we will all be with our loved ones soon.
